    Description

    Title : Administrative Services Coordinator

    Location: Irving Texas

    Contract-to-hire, on-site (not a hybrid role)

    We are looking for an organized, analytical, customer-service oriented administrative coordinator. Candidates must be able to deal with a rapidly changing environment, own tasks and goals assigned to them, and be open and willing to collaborate with the rest of the Admin Services Team. This role is customer-facing so the candidate must have a positive, upbeat attitude while consistently maintaining a high level of productivity without compromising quality.

    Requirements

    • 2-3 years of experience in client services or a similar role
    • Ensuring a positive and professional client service experience
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Programs
    • NetSuite Accounting Software experience a plus
    • Communication Skills
    • Problem Solving & Critical Thinking
    • Keen attention to detail
    • Positive attitude, ability to collaborate with other divisions and provide excellent customer service
    • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet assigned deadlines
    • Ability to build relationships with clients and internal departments
    • Ability to thrive as a self-starter in a start-up environment
    • A constant desire to learn and improve
