    Customer Service Representative (Auto, Insurance, or Claims)
    Direct Hire
    Irving, TX (Onsite) Position Responsibilities
    Contract Entry
    Contract Transfers
    Contract Cancellations
    General upkeep of assigned Producer groups
    Client Services Inbound Phone Line incl. voicemails and Email support
    Provide administrative Agency, Dealership, Sales, and Consumer Support
    Accounting software - Cash Application
    Monthly Partner Invoicing
    Financial Refunds and Adjustments preparation Requirements
    2-3 years of experience in client services or a similar role
    Ensuring a positive and professional client service experience
    Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Programs
    NetSuite Accounting Software experience a plus
    Communication Skills
    Problem Solving & Critical Thinking
    Keen attention to detail
    Positive attitude, ability to collaborate with other divisions and provide excellent customer service
    Ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet assigned deadlines
    Ability to build relationships with clients and internal departments
    Ability to thrive as a self-starter in a start-up environment
