    As a Retail Sales Assistant, your duties will involve supporting and contributing to various promotional activities and sales initiatives within a retail setting.


    Here are some typical duties and responsibilities:

    Setting up Promotional Displays:
    Prepare and arrange promotional displays, kiosks, or stands in the retail store to attract customers' attention and showcase products or services effectively

    Engaging with Customers:
    Actively engage with customers, providing information about promotional offers, products, or services, and addressing any inquiries they may have

    Demonstrating Products:
    Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of specific products, encouraging customer interest and purchase

    Assisting with Sales:
    Support the sales process by guiding customers through the purchase journey, handling transactions, and processing payments

    Maintaining Visual Merchandising:
    Ensure that promotional displays and merchandising follow brand guidelines and are well-maintained throughout the promotion period

    Coordinating Events and Activities:
    Assist in organizing and executing promotional events, sales campaigns, or special activities to enhance customer engagement and boost sales

    Providing Customer Service:
    Offer excellent customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience and foster customer loyalty

    Collaborating with Team Members:
    Work closely with the retail team and other colleagues to coordinate promotions and align efforts for successful outcomes

    Staying Informed:
    Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, promotions, and industry trends to better assist customers and answer their questions.
