    Sales Assistant - Corporate Asset Finance
    The Sales Assistant for Corporate Asset Finance (CAF) works closely with the Sales staff to assist in all customer relations including but not limited to proposal preparation and presentations. In addition, the Sales Assistant provides overall support to the CAF team on general office and technology needs.

    Key Responsibilities and Duties
    • Assists the sales team on various customer relations to attract new clients and continue communication to existing clients.
    • Manages the various needs of the office and the CAF staff including but limited to technology, administrative, and corporate requests.
    • Assists in booking client meetings, CAF meetings, and various conferences/events.
    • Assists the Documentation group with collection of various documents (ie. Insurance).
    Additional Responsibilities
    • Ensures all compliance & bank training related activities are successfully completed on time.
    Educational Requirements
    • Vocational and/or Technical Education Preferred
    Work Experience
    • 3+ Years Required; 5+ Years Preferred
    Physical Requirements

    • 5+ years of corporate asset finance/large equipment leasing experience
