    AdaptHealth is a home medical equipment company seeking an energetic, hardworking Respiratory Therapist, Registered Nurse or medically inclined professional with a knack for understanding clinical information for a full-time sales position specializing in Non-Invasive Mechanical Ventilation.

    This is an outside sales position calling on physicians and hospitals.

    We pride ourselves in hiring only the best and invest in our Sales team with on-site new hire training classes as well as annual in person specialty trainings, optional virtual weekly education sessions and our annual National Sales Meeting.

    *Respiratory Sales Specialist
    • The Respiratory Sales Specialists is responsible for growing the high acuity respiratory patient base and associated device sales. Working independently and in conjunction with other Sales Representatives in building relationships with referral sources to generate steady referrals that meet sales growth goals and expectations. They will ensure continuity between the physician practice or post-acute setting and the home setting in order to maximize patient satisfaction of home medical equipment services. Their goal is to improve awareness and confidence among healthcare professionals, physicians, and patients regarding current home medical equipment options and capabilities.
    *Proficient in building and maintaining relationships with new and established referral sources and exchanging information regarding patient care, products, and services

    • Well versed in medical terminology and able to communicate clinical knowledge to medical professionals and staff
    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook; Oxygen, PAP and NIV equipment knowledge is required
    • Licensed Respiratory Therapist or Registered Nurse with NIV experience and knowledge is preferred
    • Experience in field marketing and calling on medical facilities, physicians, and staff is a plus
    • Occasional overnight travel for sales training and sales meetings
