Our 3 teams located in the US, Poland, and Thailand work collaboratively around the clock to build our PCRS platform that automates the full administration lifecycle of all extended warranties, F&I products, and service contracts for our customers.


What You'll Do


The Sales Admin & Events Assistant is responsible for providing sales administrative support and assisting with planning onsite sales meetings and other sales events.


In this role, you will:


  • Provide administrative support for sales executives.
  • Assist with scheduling onsite meetings for the sales and customer success teams, including sending invites, setting up conferences rooms and ordering refreshments.
  • Assist sales team with preparing proposals and sales materials.
  • Assist in planning events that help drive revenue at industry conferences and user conferences.
  • Liaise with external vendors to execute promotional events and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with marketing and other professionals to coordinate branded materials. Provide general administrative support to VP of Sales, CEO and other executive support when needed.

What You'll Need to Join Our Team

Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field or equivalent work experience.
  • At least one year of admin support or sales experience.
  • Experience in a customer facing role, providing customer service.

**Note: It is preferred for this role to be in the Park Ridge, IL office 4-5 days per week. There will be mínimal travel to conferences and sales events.
