    Salesforce Sales Director – Up to 300k OTE


    As a Sales Director for a Salesforce Partner you will be responible for creating and executing a Sales strategy to grow my clients Salesforce business working independently as well as with Business Unit Leaders and Sales teams across this global organization.

    Executing account strategy and sales pursuits to realize growth for my clients Saleforce business & practice.
    Establish and promote the brand awareness and market our service offerings in Salesforce ecosystem and Salesforce sales team.
    Generate leads and build pipeline through personal network, rolodex and various Salesforce partnership channels.

    Engage in prospecting and lead generation using personal network and other variety of channels, including direct networking, social media, industry networking events, and referrals.

    Take ownership of the overall sales pursuits from identifying and qualifying opportunities from discovery to close.
    Leverage existing relationships within the Salesforce ecosystem to expedite market penetration.

    Requirements


    15+ years of experience in selling IT consulting, professional services, outsourced development and implementation services including 5+ years Salesforce experience.

    Have existing relationships within the Salesforce ecosystem to help jumpstart both conversations and go to market.
    Proven experience in technology sales or a similar role.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
    Self-motivated and result oriented.
