    Wide Effect has partnered with a World-Renowned Superyacht Builder, who is seeking a Dynamic Superyacht Professional to join their team as the Southeast Regional Sales Director.

    This individual will play a key role in new client engagement and brand promotion.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Client Relationships:
    Foster and maintain strong relationships with potential yacht buyers, brokers, and clients in the Southeast Region, specifically South Florida.
    Respond to client inquiries, providing detailed information on their yachts, customization options, and pricing.

    Sales:
    Collaborate closely with the sales team to pinpoint and qualify potential leads.
    Assist in crafting compelling sales proposals and contracts.
    Ensure a seamless sales process by following up with clients to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.

    Market Research:
    Stay current on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
    Offer valuable feedback and insights to the marketing and product development teams for continuous improvement.

    Events and Promotions:
    Represent our company at boat shows, exhibitions, and diverse industry events in the South Florida area and beyond.
    Coordinate and actively participate in promotional activities to boost brand awareness and generate leads.

    Join, Attend, and play an active role in Trade Associations and Networking Groups specific to the Maritime and Superyacht Industry.


    Administrative Tasks:
    Maintain precise records of client interactions and sales activities.
    Assist in managing schedules, appointments, and follow-up tasks.

    Engage in monthly shipyard visits to exchange information, fostering familiarity with the company, its processes, and the team, including extended stays during traditional slow months in South Florida.


    Qualifications:
    Experience in yacht sales, luxury sales, or a related field is preferred and desirable.
    In-depth knowledge of yachts, specifications, and the luxury yachting industry.
    Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
    Self-motivation and goal-orientation, driven by a genuine passion for luxury yachts.
    Proven ability to establish and sustain client relationships.

    Demonstrated proficiency in expressive reporting, as this role involves regular written updates to the shipyard on daily activities and improvement recommendations.

    Ability to be flexible to work weekends and travel for events, boat shows, and shipyard visits as needed.
