    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role as a Tax Administrative Assistant. The Tax Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative assistance, executing professional phone and email etiquette, facilitating effective communication, and delivering administrative assistance. The role also involves utilizing clerical skills for day-to-day tasks. The position is located in South Easton, MA within our professional office from 9am to 5pm, Monday through Friday.

    Qualifications

    • Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills
    • Professional phone etiquette and effective communication
    • Expertise in relevant MS Office software and programs
    • Experience in executive administrative assistance
    • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
    • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
    • Proficiency in creating Adobe PDFs and utilizing DocuSign
    • Attention to detail and accuracy
    • Associate's degree in Business Administration or a related field (Bachelor's degree preferred)
