Overview
Closet Parts Corp, a custom closet manufacturer, is looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join its team at its Corporate Headquarters in Harleysville, PA.
In this role, the employee will work with the team to process customer invoices and coordinate cash collections, amongst other daily and month-end accounting activities, including vendor purchases and daily reconciliations.
The Administrative Assistant will gain broad exposure to the company's processes, with targeted training and development and an opportunity to advance.
Responsibilities:
Creating Purchase Orders for all Vendor Purchases
Entering Vendor Invoices
Checking in Items
Invoicing Customers
Collecting Customer Payments
Sending AR Aging Reports
Bi-Annual Inventory Counts
Job Requirements
Organized
Microsoft Excel proficiency
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A team player mentality
Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously
A proactive and energetic approach to the role
