Almac Group is currently seeking a Distribution Administrative Assistant for our Souderton, PA location.

The
Distribution Administrative Assistant is responsible for carrying out administrative duties relating to the generation, approval, processing and dispatch of shipping orders in accordance with cGMPs and all relevant Almac Clinical Services SOPs.


Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Perform 2nd check of Distribution Job Packs generated by the Sr. Distribution Associates
  • Monitor distribution shipments for Proof of Delivery (POD)
  • Track orders through the WIRX system and perform necessary corrections.
  • Receive, store, and retrieve distribution labels
  • Download, save, and distribute TempTale data
  • Monitor and maintain DEA forms and spreadsheet for controlled substance shipments
  • Photocopying, filing, and archiving shipping orders and other Almac Clinical Services documentation
  • Assist with adhoc assignments requested by Logistics Supervisor

Qualifications:


Required Experience / Education:

  • HS Diploma/ GED
  • Up to 1 year or more in a professional office or administrative role. Pharmaceutical or Distribution experience preferred.
  • Good PC skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word
