Duties:


  • Process incoming and outgoing electronic correspondence
  • Store and organize documents in electronic claim files
  • Read and understand correspondence and schedule appropriate followups
  • Perform clerical duties as required for the job

Skills:


  • Previous experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role preferred
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
  • Familiarity with ACT database is a plus
  • Ability to work independently as part of a small team

Pay:
$ $19.00 per hour
