Duties:
- Process incoming and outgoing electronic correspondence
- Store and organize documents in electronic claim files
- Read and understand correspondence and schedule appropriate followups
- Perform clerical duties as required for the job
Skills:
- Previous experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role preferred
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Familiarity with ACT database is a plus
- Ability to work independently as part of a small team
Pay:
$ $19.00 per hour
