    The Business Development Representative (Inside Sales) identifies and encourages prospective clients in the payer, provider, government, and channel sectors.

    The primary goal is to generate interest and gather information from individuals or organizations that may be interested in AMN Language Services solutions.

    The role involves researching and identifying potential leads, contacting them through various channels, and qualifying them based on specific criteria.

    The role is responsible for performance against quarterly sales targets and works closely with the sales team on sales strategy, development, and execution.

    This is a hybrid role.

    Successful team members in this role have:

    Strong "hunter" approach to sales with the ability to develop sales plans for the region and complete the plan daily.

    Consultative sales approach that supports relationship development based on trusted advisor status.


    Demonstrate a level of understanding or ability to understand all facets of the healthcare market, AMN Language Services solutions, and competitive landscape.

    Experience and making cold calls and implementing digital outreach strategies that stay "top-of-mind" with prospects and clients.

    Job Tasks:
    Identifies and qualifies opportunities for language services within an 8-12 state region, supporting 2 sales partners.


    Target prospecting and sales development activity within healthcare organizations, including but not limited to acute care hospitals, physician groups, community clinics, ambulatory surgery centers, nursing facilities, home care organizations, payors, and channel partners.


    Key contacts include Leaders in the areas of Diversity Equity and Inclusion, Patient Access, and Language Services as well as Chief Nursing Officers.


    Minimum Education/Certifications:
    Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred.

    Preferred Experience
    2-3 years of sales experience.

    Healthcare industry experience.

    Experience working in a production/goal/incentive environment.

    Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs and CRM (e.g. Salesforce).

    Experience with marketing automation tools.

    Pay Rate

    $ $30.50 Hourly
    Final pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.
    This position may include additional compensation such as bonus or commission. Please ask your recruiter for more information.
