    The Ericsson Enterprise Wireless Solutions Business Applications department is on a mission to implement world-class solutions to help resolve business stakeholders challenges.

    We are seeking a skilled Senior Business Applications Analyst to join our dynamic team to help us realize this quest.

    The responsibilities of this team encompass implementing streamlined processes within the ERP system, enhancing, and integrating applications utilized by various business sectors, and providing support to application users to enhance business management.

    As part of this team, this role will contribute to the maintenance of systems and processes for Finance, and Accounting, serving as a liaison between these functions.

    This role holds significant importance in bridging the disparity between business requirements and technical resolutions, leveraging analytical and problem-solving competencies to refine organizational processes and comprehension.

    What Will You Do?


    The successful individual must have proven experience working as a team member in a similar system portfolio role supporting and implementing applications and communicating with a global end user community.

    This candidate will work cross-functionally and have excellent communication skills.

    The Senior Business Applications Analyst is uniquely responsible for developing subject matter expertise in a cluster of financial applications and becoming an integrated support person for a variety of business users.

    This role requires a deep understanding of financial and accounting processes.

    It also involves interfacing with various departments to support business needs to promote efficient and effective utilization of the ERP platform.

    The Senior Business Applications Analyst will be responsible for:

    Analyze, innovate, and implement efficient and effective solutions

    Conduct a thorough analysis of business processes, requirements, and systems

    Work with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements and to establish best-practice processes within company systems.

    Develop, analyze, prioritize, and organize requirement specifications for system customizations, data mapping, diagrams, and flowcharts for developers and testers to follow

    Develop detailed documentation of business processes, workflows, and data diagrams as they relates to the requirements

    Assist with creating criteria for the configuration and development team

    Support the end-user community to ensure database accuracy, integrity, and cleanliness

    Help analyze requirements for integration functions of ERP with other company systems

    Provide support in the evaluation, implementation, and utilization of ERP third-party add-on programs

    Maintain knowledge of all current ERP features and releases

    Support EDI functionality and maintenance

    Qualifications


    Basic Qualifications:
    Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems or equivalent experience

    Understanding of Financial Accounting Systems and processes like General Ledger, Payables, Receivables, etc.

    Experience in Intercompany Sales, Accounting and Global Distribution functions

    Experience in Channel Distribution and multi-currency sales scenarios


    A minimum of Eight (8) years of prior ERP implementation and support experience as an Application Analyst for an ERP such as SAP, Oracle, etc.

    Ability to work cross-functionally with all departments

    Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

    Self-motivated and strong attention to detail

    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

    Ability to build reports using SQL and other report tools


    Bonus Points:
    Mas ers in IT/technology or MBA

    Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards

    Experience with Agile methodologies

    Experience with SOX and GRC and their application to business system applications

    Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics F & O
