With a heritage of technological excellence, our team serves customers in the communications, defense, medical, industrial, and scientific markets.

    JOB SUMMARY:

    The Director of Products leads the Product Management team which oversees multiple product lines and plays a crucial role in defining and executing the company's product strategy, driving innovation, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality products that meet customer needs and business objectives.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Develops and executes comprehensive product strategies that align with company goals and market opportunities.
    • Leads the product roadmap planning process, prioritizing features and enhancements based on market trends, customer feedback and business objectives.
    • Collaborates with engineering and design teams to translate product requirements into actionable development plans, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
    • Drives product innovation by identifying emerging technologies, market trends, and customer needs.
    • Coordinates with graphic designers, videographers, and other creative professional to develop multimedia content.
    • Establishes and monitors key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and identify areas for improvement
    • Works with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies.
    • Provides leadership and mentorship to the product management team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.

    REQUIRED SKILLS


    • Deep understanding of product management best practices, including product lifecycle management.

    • Ability to influence internal organizations to operate towards market driven needs and requirements.

    • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence key stakeholders.

    • Proven leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve ambitious goals.

    • Passion for innovation.

    *Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain/maintain a U.S. Department of Defense Security Clearance.

    EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE


    • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field. Masters degree preferred.

    • 10+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of successfully bringing products to market.

    PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS


    • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

    • Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds at times.
