As a

Product Director:

E-Commerce, you will play a critical role in driving the development and enhancement of our digital products and platforms to deliver an exceptional experience to our customers and streamline internal operations.

This role requires a combination of technical expertise, product management skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality solutions.

In line with Just Salad's mission to make everyday health and sustainability possible, you will support customer-facing programs that promote environmental sustainability, healthy eating, and waste reduction.

This position is located in NYC and will be expected to come into the office 4 times per week.

As the

Product Director:
E-Commerce, you are responsible for exemplifying the company culture as well as:

Product Strategy:Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy aligned with the company's business goals and customer needs.

Requirements Gathering:Work closely with stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.

Product Roadmap:Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and operations, to define and prioritize features for our digital platforms and technical solutions. Assist in maintaining a detailed product roadmap that outlines timelines, milestones, and deliverables.

Communication:Effectively communicate project status, updates, and decisions to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field. Master's degree or MBA is a plus.
Proven experience (3+ years) as a Technical Product Manager or similar role, preferably in the food service or hospitality industry.
Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile/Scrum.
Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and vice versa.
Excellent project management skills with a track record of successfully leading crossfunctional teams to deliver highquality products on time and within budget.
Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and metrics to drive decisionmaking.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Passion for technology, innovation, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Experience with POS systems, ordering platforms, and restaurant operations is a plus.
