    Job Description:
    We are in search of a motivated Healthcare Sales Manager to supervise and propel our sales team. The ideal candidate will ensure team members are held accountable, monitor sales performance and leads, and step in for vacant positions when necessary. This role demands a hands-on approach, including regular visits to provide support and drive business expansion among team members.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead, oversee, and enforce accountability within the sales team for their performance and objectives.
    • Analyze and monitor sales metrics and leads to ensure the team surpasses set goals.
    • Address vacant roles promptly to sustain uninterrupted business operations.
    • Regularly visit team members to offer support, direction, and motivation.
    • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to boost business growth within the nursing home and home health sector.
    • Cultivate a culture of high performance and positivity among the sales team.
    • Collaborate with different departments for smooth operations and customer contentment.
    • Provide training and growth opportunities to enhance the sales team's competencies and effectiveness.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
    • Demonstrated experience in sales management, preferably within the healthcare realm.
    • Strong leadership qualities with the competence to uphold team members' responsibilities.
    • Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
    • Proficiency in sales data analysis and the implementation of enhancement strategies.
    • Willingness to travel frequently to meet team members and clients.
    • Self-motivated with a focus on achieving results.
