    Description

    OUR OPPORTUNITY

    We are seeking a hard-worker, with some experience in sales or customer service, looking for an opportunity to grow into a sales manager for our San Bernardino location. You will start as a Sales Representative/ Project Manager, and move into the Sales Manager position within 60-90 days.

    This position offers unparalleled opportunity for growth and a lucrative salary + bonus structure. Training is available for those new to the industry.

    If you have the right attitude and are willing to learn, we can teach you how to become a sales manager who can lead and motivate your people, to help them find success and create a great lifestyle for you as well.

    Experience:

    • 6 months+ of sales/ project management/ customer service/ consulting experience
    • Strong verbal & written communication skills. Bi-lingual a huge plus
    • Able to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • Not required, but in-home consultation or inspection experience is preferred.
