    Company Overview:

    At Veo, we are on a mission to end car dependency by making clean transportation accessible to all and advancing the next generation of fully electric micro-mobility systems. Our fleets are constantly evolving and feature a range of vehicles - from pedal and electric bicycles, to standing and seated e-scooters, e-cargo bikes, and ADA accessible devices. We design and build our own vehicles, hardware, and software systems in house and run all our local operations to provide safe, efficient, and responsive mobility services that make communities more sustainable and livable. Join our team as a Strategic Project Associate, where you'll play a pivotal role in driving strategy and action on a wide array of cross functional challenges.     Please note: This is an onsite position based out of headquarters in Santa Monica, CA.

    Responsibilities:

    • Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes.
    • Track and follow up on action items ensure timely completion.
    • Ensure the execution of projects by coordinating tasks, resources, and timelines
    • Gather and analyze data and information to generate insightful reports.
    • Produce actionable recommendations based on findings to drive informed decision-making.
    • Support various projects and ad-hoc tasks as needed
    • Build presentation slides
    • Take the lead on special initiatives when necessary
    • This position is On-Site mandatory at our Headquarters in Santa Monica

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
    • Very hands-on and entrepreneurial. Startup experience.
    • Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and adapt to changing priorities.
    • Proactive problem-solver with a collaborative mindset
    • Basic analytic skills
    • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
    • Fluent in Mandarin is a plus


    Below is the expected salary range for this position. The listed range is a good faith estimate, and exact compensation and total package may vary depending on market conditions and candidate qualifications.

    Pay Range

    $80,000—$90,000 USD
