- Manage all aspects of projects from the receipt of the Purchase Order to the final installation, ensuring seamless coordination with onsite contacts, customers, contractors, designers, and installers.
- Review Purchase Orders and liaise with the Purchasing Department to procure all necessary materials in a timely manner.
- Generate work orders and work tickets for production, ensuring accurate and timely execution.
- Maintain a fabric recap to monitor consumption and prevent shortages during production.
- Coordinate and manage the measurement and installation phases of each project, ensuring adherence to quality standards and timelines.
- Develop and maintain up-to-date project budgets to ensure profitability and alignment with financial targets.
- Interface with various internal departments (e.g., production, purchasing) and external stakeholders to facilitate project success.
- Manage high-volume email correspondence regarding project inquiries, production updates, compliance issues, schedules, and deadlines.
- Maintain accurate and updated project data, including documentation of changes and updates as requested.
- Bachelor's degree (B.A.) nice to have or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience as a project coordinator in the hotel industry or manufacturing environment.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Proven ability to handle multiple customer requests and coordinate effectively to ensure customer satisfaction and compliance.
- Communication Skills:
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.

The role is located near Vernon and will be onsite 5 days a week.
The ideal candidate must have 2-3 years of project management experience preferably within, the civil construction, manufacturing, engineering, or textile industry overseeing projects from concept to completion, and a track record of staying within budget.
