- Experience using some major ERP systems (MS Business Central, NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, Macola, Sage, etc..)
- Excellent working proficiency with MS Excel
- CPA (active or inactive) is preferred.

HireBetter's client is a manufacturing company, specializes in custom mixes, bases, and concentrates.They were founded with the basic principle of consistently supplying quality products to the baking industry.
The Role
One of HireBetter's clients requires an Interim Senior Accountant/ Assistant Controller who can work onsite, with experience in food companies, with a good knowledge of costing methodologies, Accounting projects, and month-end close processes. This isfor a 9-12-month assignment, onsite at a food manufacturer located in Northwest Dallas, TX (near Love Field).This is a dynamic interim role to back-fill and support an ERP implementation team, with conversion to permanent potential. Pay rate = $50-90/ per hour as a W2 employee of HireBetter, depending on experience level and ability to work onsite.
We are seeking a highly qualified Senior Accountant for a back-fill position during an ERP implementation project. The ideal candidate brings 5-10 years of experience in Accounting, with a background in a business or Big 4 public accounting/audit firm. Proficiency in major ERP systems is a must, and a CPA certification is preferred (but not required). This role involves operational accounting responsibilities, requiring strong communication skills, initiative, and the ability to meet deadlines independently. Proficiency in MS Office Suite, analytical thinking, and adaptability to change are essential. If you have a keen eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and a desire to excel in a dynamic environment, we invite you to apply.Manufacturing industry experience preferred.Food manufacturing experience is a plus.
