- Extract data entered in from salesforce into excel templates for property proposals and budgets.
- Review financial data and compare pro-forma and budget information.
- Create financial modeling to provide insight into the business
- Responsible for forecasting and budgeting
- Create reports with Cognos BI, UltiPro (UKG) Essbase, Power BI, SalesForce and SQL
- Generate expense management modeling
- Measure efficiency and effectiveness through evaluation modeling
- Generate reports in salesforce and maintain updating pro-forma with new fields as needed.
- Maintain master sheet of properties (existing and future jobs) and track properties that have been pledged to banks/facilities – either closed or pending monthly.
- Review property p/l's and projections monthly.
- Work closely with Legal on launch timing of new properties signed and coordinate with Billing on timing of receiving payments.
- Crosstrain and back up Senior Financial Analysts and Treasury Analysts as needed.
- Produce adhoc analysis and management reports.
- Assist other team members as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or similar discipline required.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position required. Experience in having ownership and leading projects with a proactive, not reactive approach and able to independently drive initiatives to conclusions.
- Advanced computer literacy required with proficiency in Microsoft Office products including but not limited to Excel and PowerPoint and Access
- Experience in managing multiple priorities and tasks, escalate or voice concerns or questions and exhibit strong people and influencing skills.
- Able to navigate through an organization to streamline and summarize multiple information points; create and document repeatable process to build consistency in presenting information.
- Exceptional oral communication and writing skills.
- Expert level Excel skills required, database management skills a plus.
- A team-oriented self-starter with strong attention to detail and a focus on meeting deadlines.
