- Achieve or exceed sales targets for all assigned telecommunications products
- Generate preference for Corning Optical Communications products through regular sales calls
- Maintain a balance in sales calls across different customer segments
- Efficiently manage contractor and consultant programs
- Coordinate sales calls with distributors for maximum sales impact
- Provide training to distributors on selling our product solutions
- Submit timely reports using an assigned CRM system
- Maintain a territory Opportunity Board for projects above $50K
- Submit weekly and expense reports to the Regional Manager
- Maintain proficiency in computer skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Valid driver's license
- 50% travel required
- Must be located in Northern California or open to relocation
