- Lead the development and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives across all areas of the manufacturing facility.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define improvement goals, prioritize projects, and track progress towards objectives.
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops to promote a culture of continuous improvement among employees at all levels.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization, waste reduction, and cost savings through the application of lean manufacturing principles.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in leading continuous improvement initiatives within an industrial manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and methodologies, with certification in Six Sigma or Lean preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of management experience, with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing process improvements and achieving measurable results.
