Your tasks:
Analysis of business processes - deep immersion" in work processes and understanding/representation of process flows Collaboration with cross-functional teams to gather comprehensive data and insights Submission of recommendations for workflow improvements together with the Manager IBA Accompaniment of the implementation and introduction of optimized / newly established workflows Monitoring the successful integration of the new processes Continuous evaluation: establishment of a regular "review cycle" for optimized / newly established processes Monitoring the long-term effectiveness of the implemented changes Maintaining efficiency and effectiveness over time Your profile: Completed vocational training or studies Strong team spirit for collaboration and work in different teams Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy of documentation Analytical skills to understand cross-departmental processes Strong ability
