Seeking a Project Manager with experience in the residential building industry to help support and grow our sustainability services in Northern California. You are passionate about sustainability and know buildings inside and out. You are equally comfortable in the office – reviewing plans and submittals, and out in the field – conducting performance tests and advising on best practices. You have broad expertise in energy efficiency and green building and extensive experience conducting field verifications and performance testing for single family and multifamily projects. You thrive on troubleshooting in the field and collaborating with colleagues and are skilled with project management and design review.

The primary work location is based in the San Francisco Bay Area. The position requires the ability to travel within California on a regular basis to conduct field verifications. The position will require 25% time in the field and 75% time in a hybrid/remote office setting. Our organization follows a hybrid work structure where teammates can work remotely or from the office in Berkeley, as needed, based on demands of specific tasks such as training.
