With around 2,400 employees, LBIH carries out an annual construction volume of around 500 million euros and manages more than 3 million square meters of building space.

We are currently offering several permanent positions as:

Engineers (m/f/d) for Building Services

Join our team at the Northern branch and contribute to the maintenance of an exciting real estate portfolio. Depending on the location, you will be assigned to projects for federal construction, state construction, university construction or building management. As part of this, you will be responsible for the technical systems of the Federal Armed Forces, Federal Police, reception facilities or state offices.

The place of deployment is the Northern branch at the locations in Kassel, Fritzlar, Schwalmstadt, Bad Hersfeld or Bad Arolsen.
