- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding
- Oversee payroll and benefits administration
- Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements
- Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for employees
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
- Proven work experience as an HR Manager
- Knowledge of HR functions such as recruitment, payroll, benefits administration, and employee relations -
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive relationships with employees and management
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR) is a plus
