The Buckeye Law Group, a dynamic and rapidly growing personal injury law firm, seeks a highly motivated and passionate Human Resources Manager to join our team in Cleveland.

Role :
The Human Resources Manager will help drive the Firm's culture and organizational structure. This position will be responsible for directing and leading the day-to-day HR functions of the firm. In addition, this position requires a strong ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.


Chief Responsibilities :
Manage the day-to-day HR operations of the office which include employee relations, recruitment, training and maintaining company culture.

Maintain a professional and positive work environment by facilitating effective communication and information sharing among management, attorneys, and support staff.

Lead staff recruitment developments.
Provide guidance and career coaching to all supervisors.
Implementation of firm policies and procedures.
Lead conversations and the process for all staff behavioral and work performance issues.
Plan and implement in office and out of the office events.
Office management-supply and building management.
Perform other related duties as assigned.


Experience/Requirements :

Candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of Human Resources leadership in a law firm or other professional services firm.

Demonstrated human resources experience, strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Bachelor's degree.
Exceptional attitude and customer service skills.
Works well in a team environment.
Strong time management skills.
Ability to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information.
Ability to multitask.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Ability to travel to our satellite offices in Akron and Columbus monthly.
