Interim HR Director – PE Carve Out

Our client is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Interim HR Director to join their HR team in Halle, Germany for a 6-month contract. This role is part of their ongoing search for a permanent hire.

About the Role:

In this critical position, you will provide strategic and operational leadership for all aspects of the HR function during a period of transition following a PE carve out. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing HR initiatives that support the company's business goals, ensuring compliance with German labor laws and regulations, and maintaining a positive working relationship with the Works Council.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert guidance and leadership to the HR team.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Oversee all aspects of the employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and offboarding.
  • Ensure compliance with all German labor laws and regulations.
  • Manage employee relations and resolve any workplace issues.
  • Develop and implement effective HR policies and procedures.
