Position:
Human Resources (HR) Manager
Reports To:
President of NAVAC Inc.
Primary Responsibilities, Duties and Functions (Including but not limited to the followings)
- Manage Payroll, Benefit Programs and Compensation Systems
- In concert with 3rd party HR service provider, track and process PTOs and Bi-Monthly Payrolls.
- Work with department managers, develop and implement semiannual KPI plans for key employees.
- Analyze trends in compensation and benefits. Develop and implement systems for managing staff's payroll, benefit and incentive programs.
- Partner with management to ensure strategic HR goals aligned with business initiatives.
- Conduct performance and salary reviews.
- Manage annual benefit review process.
- Recruit New Employees and Handle Termination and Other Personnel Matters
- Develop recruitment strategies. Oversee recruiting, interviewing and onboarding new employees.
- Investigate employee issues and conflicts and bring them to resolution.
- In concert with department managers, carryout disciplinary actions as needed, including employee termination.
- Provide support and guidance on HR related matters.
- Promote Company's Value and Mission
- Consistent with company's missions and values, develop and implement company's HR policy and guidelines. Maintain HR systems and processes.
- Develop and implement employee training, career development and performance management programs.
- Work on other administrative functions related to personnel, such as strategic planning.
Qualification Requirements:
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- BS degree is required, preferably in HR, Organizational Development, Business or related fields.
- Minimum of 3 years HR working experience. Familiar with general HR practices.
- Familiar with MS Office Software, Excel, Word and Power Point.
Pay:
$70, $90,000.00 per year
