    As a Cybersecurity Sales Manager (Player-Coach), you will lead a team of cybersecurity sales specialists while actively contributing to sales efforts yourself.

    You will play a crucial role in driving sales and revenue growth by leveraging your technical expertise and leadership skills.

    Working closely with the sales team and clients, you will assess cybersecurity needs, recommend tailored solutions, and demonstrate the value of our products and services.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Lead, coach, and mentor a team of cybersecurity sales specialists to achieve sales targets and objectives.
    Collaborate with the sales team to identify and qualify cybersecurity opportunities.
    Engage with clients to understand their security requirements and challenges.
    Recommend and design cybersecurity solutions aligned with client needs.
    Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase our solutions.
    Provide technical guidance and support throughout the sales cycle.
    Assist in developing proposals, statements of work, and technical documentation.
    Stay informed about industry trends, threat landscapes, and emerging technologies.
    Cultivate strong relationships with clients and strategic partners.
    Drive continuous improvement and best practices within the sales team.

    Required Skills and Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
    Proven experience in cybersecurity sales or a related technical sales role.
    Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, technologies, and best practices.
    Familiarity with cybersecurity solutions such as firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, endpoint security, SIEM, IAM, etc.
    Proficiency in networking concepts and protocols.
    Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
    Ability to translate technical concepts into business value for clients.
    Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills.
    Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

    The disclosed range represents the lowest to highest salary we, in good faith, believe wewould pay for this role at the time of this posting, although we may ultimately pay more or less than thedisclosed range, and the range may be modified in the future.

    The disclosed range takes into account thewide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to,geographic location, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority,performance, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs.

    At Capgemini, it isnot typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role.

    The base salaryrange for the tagged location is $144,000-$208,000.This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission.

    Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), andany other benefits to eligible employees.

    No amount of pay is considered to be wages or compensation until such amount is earned, vested,and determinable.

    The amount and availability of any bonus, commission, or any other form ofcompensation that are allocable to a particular employee remains in the Company's sole discretionunless and until paid and may be modified at the Company's sole discretion, consistent with the law.
