    Description:
    Seeking high performers to generate new business from new Clients. The candidate must have experience selling in a Offshore Technology Services Company. With a demonstrable track record of selling Technology Services through 'consultative selling'.

    The candidate should have a good understanding of selling process and sales cycle to identify customer needs / decision makers, key dependencies and will be responsible for creating differentiators and a higher value perception for the services being proposed.

    He/she must be able to achieve his/her revenue targets consistently. A good technical product-marketing individual confident of succeeding in sales environment is welcome.


    Role & Responsibilities:

    • Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets established by the Sales Head
    • Achieve lead generation, prospecting and other sales management goals designed to build an optimal sales pipeline.
    • Personally develop strong, longterm relationships and referrals with VP & CXO level executives at targeted firms. Manage the endtoend sales process for all opportunities including initial client communication, onsite presentations, proposal creation and submission, negotiation and deal signing. The candidate will be the focal point for all communication and sales activities with prospects and customers.

    Requirement:

    • 68 years of experience selling at Director and VP level. Strong track record of establishing and cultivating business relationships with 'VP' and 'C' level executives is a MUST.
    • Experience with working offshore services company operating in the high tech domain and cultural adaptability to work across the globe with engineering & marketing teams
    • Strong technical skills with ability to find technical solutions to business problems and engage the potential customer with "consultative selling" are essential.
    • Strong oral and written communication skills and executive presentation and persuasion skills
    • Ability to interface at all levels of an organization
    • Prefer sales experience in Product Engineering Services & ASIC Chip design Services
    Education background

    • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering
    • MBA or advanced degree in related field (desirable)
