    Summary:

    Are you looking to accelerate your career faster than any traditional BIG4 or Top Tier public accounting firm?Are you looking for an industry alternative?Are you looking to cut down your billable hours?Liberty Personnel might have the right opportunity for youThis role will satisfy all of the above with a 48-hour work week that pays on average 15-20% more in total compensation your first year Don't let your work be held back by internal equity bands, control your compensation with your work ethicRole:A public accounting and advisory firm is expanding their regional office here in Boston and looking to add a Senior Associate / Senior Accountant to their team.

    This is a client facing role and will allow you to gain valuable work experience with Fortune 1000 clientele and integrated within these organizations as a part of the organization.

    These client engagements are typically longer engagements spanning 6-18 months.

    This doesn't mean longer hours, just more time dedicated and time focused on that specific client That means there will be NO jumping assignments every two or three weeks.

    Work responsibilities would vary depending on the client engagement but can include process improvements and optimization, management reporting, controllership / act as mini CFO, technical accounting, assisting with Divestitures, carve outs, IPO's, M&A integration, post integration mergers, system implementations, etc.


    Responsibilities:


    Work with all levels of employees and be a cross functional liaison with different departmentsWork on a variety of client engagements across multiple industries and perform various roles to expand and build your careerAct as a controller / mini CFO sharing your knowledge and expertise with executives and leadershipBe a part of critical strategic initiatives to drive process improvements and efficiencySpecial Projects as neededQualifications:Bachelor's Degree RequiredAt least 3 years of public accounting experience or a blend of public accounting and corporate finance/accounting.

    A CPA is required.

    (Will consider someone with progress towards the CPA, exams completed.)Prior experience auditing or working for a publicly traded and/or Fortune 1000 organization is strongly preferred.


    Compensation:
    A competitive compensation packed will be available for this position including Base Salary, 30% annual bonus, medical, dental, vision, great 401K, profit sharing, tuition, vacation and sick time, paid holidays, etc

    Working Situation:
    This is Hybrid situation with 4 days in the office - Mon, Tues, Wed, Thursday. Friday as work from home.
