    Associate Director, Tax Accounting at KPMG

    Are you looking for an opportunity to join a leading company like KPMG known for its exceptional work environment and career development prospects?

    We are currently seeking an Associate Director to be part of our Finance and Accounting division. This role involves overseeing individual income tax compliance, tax counseling, and managing various financial aspects for the partners of the firm.

    Responsibilities:

    • Supervising individual income tax compliance, tax projections, and related financial support for partners
    • Reviewing work papers and tax returns for accuracy and compliance with tax laws
    • Managing multiple client projects independently

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum of five years' experience in preparing federal and state tax returns
    • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or accounting
    • Strong technical skills in High Net-Worth Individuals, Partnership, and Multi-State Taxation Theory
    • Excellent communication, research, and client management skills
    • CPA or Enrolled Agent license required
