Job Description
The selected professional will be responsible for working with end users about the issues related to physical workstations, including laptops, desktops, peripherals, network devices, among others.
This specialist will work closely with the Microsoft 365 Collaboration and Productivity Team to implement Microsoft 365 Troubleshooting, Training and Change Management Programs for the rollout of Microsoft 365 services, such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Exchange Online etc.
Skills Needed -
Good hand on experience in troubleshooting with Microsoft 365 applications including OneDrive for Business, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, MS office tools and other Microsoft applications.
Responsible for installing, maintaining and repairing company and multi-vendor systems which include hardware, software and networking products as well as operating systems.
Diagnose and resolve various hardware performance issues, make decisions when appropriate related to replacing existing user workstation equipment and carry out the entire product replacement process, including the removal of existing IT assets as well as the implementation of new IT assets.
Should have good technical and troubleshooting capabilities for handling patch management, software center issues.Good hands on experience on laptop reimaging, handling laptop performance and VPN issues.
Ensure the best possible experience when setting up new user equipment, perform the necessary onsite testing to assure existing and / or new employees have access to equipment, applications, and various other technical solutions.
Act as Primary Communications SME for Microsoft 365 Adoption Programs, including release and feature announcements. Drive adoption of transformational and strategic initiatives to execute against the Microsoft 365 roadmap. Act as a culture and change advisor within the Microsoft 365 Ecosystem.Proactively manage group and individual stakeholder needs and concerns through ongoing engagement, eliciting stakeholder feedback, supporting functional and technical requirements and testing workshops as needed, establish and coordinate stakeholder groups, as needed, and analyze stakeholder data.
Clearly and effectively communicate technical and functional understanding for business leaders, support recruitment of champions, and facilitate adoption.Serve as the change and communications SME for the service area, functional, and/or project team, providing your expertise and demonstrating its value to project success.
Act as an SME in the Tech Bar team to support customers at the Tech bar with O365 product related issues.
Excellent customer service skill with Technical troubleshooting experience.Good understand of ServiceNow 'Knowledge Management module' and good understanding of ITIL practices
Ability to build rapport, influence others with ease, and establish and manage relationships with all levels of employees
