    Curinos is operating under a hybrid modality. This position is based in the Greater New York, Chicago, Charlotte, Atlanta or Boston metropolitan areas.

    Job Description

    Curinos is currently seeking a VP of Retail Deposit Salesto support the Retail Deposit business. You will drive the accelerated growth of our deposit solutions practice. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of retail banking, deposit analytics, understands sales metrics, performance, and management, as well as effectively communicate Client needs and Market Opportunities for future product enhancements.

    Our Sales Solutions Experts are responsible for driving sales and supporting Client and Relationship Managers for both existing and prospective Clients.

    You will have the ability to:

    • Fully understand the retail deposit solutions offered at the Subject Matter Expert level, and the associated development roadmaps
    • Support Client Managers and Product Owners with solutions selling into prospect and existing client account base including assistance in fully qualifying opportunities, input to opportunity strategy, and conducting value-based demonstrations
    • Manage prospective/identified/qualified leads through the full sales cycle
    • Partner with the Sales and Delivery teams to plan, prepare and execute on strategic deals in complex sales cycles
    • Create and deliver powerful presentations and demos that clearly communicate the uniqueness of the value proposition and how it comes to life to meet client needs
    • Manage all technical aspects of RFP / RFI responses related to retail deposit products and solutions
    • Effectively communicate Client needs and Market Opportunities for future product enhancements
    • Collect and document competitive intelligence and provide feedback to product, sales, and Retail Deposit functions
    • Conduct industry webinars and lead campaign development for Retail deposit products and solutions

    Desired Skills & Expertise

    • Bachelor's Degree required OR equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
    • 5+ years of experience in retail banking and/or with experience at deposit solutions or advisory firms
    • Demonstrated proficiency using Salesforce and/or other CRM solution software preferred
    • Proven ability to creatively explain and present complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner
    • Ability to forge strong, long-lasting relationships with senior executives
    • Excellent analytical skills and ability to provide actionable insights from data, including advanced Excel skills
    • Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience with retail banking analytic solutions
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation and creativity skills
    • Exceptional project management skills and the ability to turn around time-sensitive research findings with a high degree of accuracy and insight
    • Hands-on experience with retail deposits, deposit pricing, and deposit reporting/analysis
    • Strong storytelling, data visualization, and presentation skills
    • Track record of successfully:
    • Managing and delivering on multiple projects at a time
    • Being hands on with data and distilling the key actionable insights
    • Managing client relationships
    • Strong communication skills, detail-oriented, and organized
    • Willingness to travel

    A compensation package for this role will include a competitive Base Salary of $150,000 annually paired with a lucrative commission structure that is designed to reward exceptional performance. The expected Total Compensation Range is $200,000 – $250,000.
