    Business Development Representative

    Enterprise Training has been in business for over 20 years as an industry leader in providing eLearning solutions for Federal and State government agencies and other public sector entities.     As we continue to grow, we seek professionals to focus on business-to-business sales. Collaborate and be coached by senior account execs to take your selling ability to the next level. Our workplace is flexible and casual, but professional. Our competitive compensation package includes salary, commission, bonus, 401K, health insurance and other benefits.

    Responsibilities include:

    • Conduct 50 outbound calls daily to source leads.
    • Drive the scheduling of 5-10 high-quality appointments per week for our sales representatives.
    • Organize and execute email campaigns (700-1,000 sends per campaign/4 per month).
    • Navigate our database (Zoho CRM, Excel, Zoominfo) to identify and prioritize potential clients.
    • Maintain accurate records of interactions, ensuring data integrity and efficient database management.
    • Respond promptly to inquiries via email and schedule follow-up calls to nurture prospects through the sales pipeline.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to align goals, target accounts, and messaging strategies.
    • Consult with prospects to identify opportunities and successfully present training solutions.

    Required Skills & Experience:

    • Verifiable experience selling B2B (resumes lacking experience will not be considered)
    • Well-developed organization and time management skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to work independently with positive energy and enthusiasm
    • Solid technology skills and internet savvy
    • One to three years of business-to-business telephone sales experience (retail store and restaurant experience does not qualify), preferably selling technology products
    • Experience making outbound phone calls to develop new business (answering inbound phone calls does not qualify)
