  • We facilitate shareholder recordkeeping and communications, stock transfers for individual holders and annual meetings, as well as dividend disbursement for public and private companies.
  • The Relationship Manager coordinates all major client activities and works proactively to establish and sustain a strategic plan for managing the client's registered shareholder base.
  • Act as the "conductor" of services for all assigned relationships.
