We're seeking a future team member for the role of Global Head of Relationship Management to join our Liquidity & Margin Services team.

This role is located in New York, NY (Hybrid - requires 3 days in the office).


In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
Contributes to the development of the strategic objectives for Relationship Management.
Manages a large global team of Relationship Managers professionals).

Partners across the firm to ensure client needs are being addressed, solutions are designed and executed, and client engagement is sustained.

Maintains highest level (C-Suite) contacts at client organization.

Recommends and leads the development of thought leadership within a region or business segment based on client feedback and industry/segment knowledge.

Establishes and stewards' internal relationships to recommend and advocate for product/service enhancements that will fill underserved client interests.
Contributes to development of the strategic objectives for Relationship Management within a business unit.

Identifies areas of focus for achieving incremental growth and establishes protocols to guide Relationship Managers in integrating these focus areas into their clients' account plans.

Tracks and reports on relationship strategy/results. Develops and reports on team metrics and dashboards.

Liaises and strategizes with cross-business relationship managers in addition to peer leaders in account management and business development and serves on governance committees to ensure effective client account coordination throughout the firm.

Drives corporate initiatives through an industry and regional lens.

Recruits, directs, motivates and develops staff, maximizing their individual contribution, their professional growth and their ability to function effectively with their colleagues as a team.

Provides feedback at the most critical times.
Responsible for achievement of large, specialized, and/or multiple teams' goals. Ensures teams are equipped to operationalize and attain area objectives. Ensures appropriate financial and human resource allocation.


To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
Advanced/graduate degree preferred.
Ability to work in a large team environment as a team player.
Ability to manage, indirectly and directly, a global cross boarder team of 15-20 professionals with the ability to Manage-Up.
15+ years of total work experience preferred.

Knowledge of the Money Market Funds industry, cash management, deposit framework, platform banking, derivatives and/or margin management and segregation a plus.

Client Management / Client Facing / Client Liaison.
Prime Brokerage / Manage a Platform / Cross Selling
Liquidity/Margins & Treasury Service experience.
Broad financial services experience across different client type or product (Asset Owners, Asset Managers etc.) preferred as is prior experience in Relationship Management or Business Development
Experience utilizing KPI metrics across a global team.
