    We currently have an excellent opportunity for a National Driver Recruiter.

    This individual will be responsible for leading the development and execution of the driver capacity recruiting plan. Recruit, screen, interview & hire qualified applicants as per Boasso Global Driver Hiring guidelines while improving driver retention & safety standards.

    **Essential Functions:**

    Screen, pre-qualify and order preliminary report on drivers to ensure that only the best candidates are considered for hire

    Communicate with the Driver Recruiting Processor

    Review Driver Demand Spreadsheet to determine needs by terminal and together with the customer (terminal management) develop recruiting plan (desired capacity, advertising budget and plan)

    Communicate with Terminal Managers to provide updates & set up interviews.

    **Skills and knowledge required:**

    HS Diploma, 4 year degree preferred

    2 Yrs. Recruiting/ Staffing experience needed, ideally within transportation industry

    Strong communication skills

    Microsoft Office a must

    Strong persuasion skills required, previous experience in sales preferred
