The **Driver Recruiting Processor** is a fast paced high profile position that partners with our Recruiters with the hiring of new drivers and owner operators. This position is responsible for managing a driver application from the time it is submitted by the Recruiter until the driver is qualified. This position requires the ability to manage large amounts of paperwork and maintain constant communication with terminals and drivers.

**Essential Functions:**

Processing Diver Applications

Speaking with Drivers, Recruiters, and Terminals

Run and review background checks

Schedule physicals, drug test and Pulmonary Function Tests (PFT)

Meet deadlines to complete applications according to DOT & Company

Scan and index

**Minimum education/experience necessary to perform the job:**

High school diploma required

1-2 years office/ clerical experience in a fast paced environment preferred

Prior experience with pre-employment processes preferred

Knowledge of DOT Safety & Compliance a plus

**Minimum special knowledge and skills required:**

Proficient with Computer

Must be familiar with Microsoft Office Products such as Word, Excel (Intermediate), PowerPoint (able to create presentations)

Familiar with Google email and documents

Time Management/ Organizational Skills

Adept communication skills (written and verbal) required

Able to work in a fast paced environment

Strong Customer service Skills
