    Description

    CERTEX USA is seeking an experience, motivated individual to join our team as an Outside Sales Representative in the San Leandro, California area.

    CERTEX USA is a recognized leader in the lifting and material handling industry.

    With 31 branches in North America, CERTEX USA is equipped to fulfill the complete spectrum of our customers stringent demands for lifting products, services and ancillary requirements.

    The Outside Sales Representative is responsible for generation of new client opportunities and the expansion of existing customer opportunities in the defined target market that meet the product and service sales goals and new client requirements.

    Establish, nurture, and expand the defined selling territory and target market prospects, primarily by bringing in orders from new accounts
    Follow and utilize companys sales systems and prospect development processes.
    Participate in the development of your annual sales development plan with management

    Communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally, with all team members to ensure a consistent and effective delivery to the client.

    Build an effective professional network by participating in organizations and events that foster these opportunities and builds referral sources
    Ability to complete and present daily and weekly pipeline reports in a timely manner
    Must be sales and results driven
    Must be able to maintain reports on quotas, prospective customers, and various other data
    Experience working with a CRM and Microsoft Office Suite
    Mechanical background a plus
    At least three years successful outside sales experience preferred
    At least two years successful industrial sales experience in rigging, wire rope, construction or mining industries.
    Verbally communicate detailed information to others either by phone or in person.

    Have close visual acuity to perform activities such as preparing and analyzing data, transcribing, viewing a computer terminal, extensive reading.
