MUSK Construction is looking for an experienced California-based Sales Representative to sell bathroom and kitchen remodeling services in the Bay Area, CA.

Now we are looking for another one, who will complement our team and help strengthen itResponsibilities:
- On site remodeling estimate conduction
- Client proposal creation
- Quote presentation (onsite, inperson)
- Transferring client to the design team
- Leading the client throughout the design stage (DO NOT LEAVE client communication to the designer)
- Contract presentation (in person or over the Zoom call, recorded session)
- Contract Follow Up and Signing
- Change Order negotiations
- Self growth and development.
Requirements:
- 2 years experience in sales (construction, remodeling fields).
- Understanding the specifics of bathroom and kitchen remodel & knowing remodeling codes
Compensation plan:
- 50% from the markup
It's anywhere from $5,000 to $30,000 + monthly (Depending solely on your skills— the number and amount of closed contracts).
Pay:
$5, $25,000.00 per month
