Description

For our client, a privately owned medical network with laboratories and practices in Frankfurt, we are looking for you as an outside sales representative (m/f/d) in full-time or part-time as part of direct recruitment (NO TEMPORARY WORK).

Your responsibilities include:

You establish new strategic customer relationships in the Rhine-Ruhr region and maintain existing customers
You generate new leads and continuously expand our market and brand presence in the respective region
You know how to convert existing leads into your customer base
As the first point of contact for new and existing customers, you support them in customer service and in the CRM environment with the goal of maximum customer satisfaction
Through market and competition analysis, you are familiar with the regional conditions and can derive recommendations for action from them
In close cooperation with the inside sales team, you support in project business as well as in the introduction of new products/services

Your qualifications:

You have a background in the healthcare sector (e.g. medical assistant) or have several years of experience in medical outside sales
Previous experience in sales of medical services and/or products, as well as in the laboratory environment, is desirable
You have a strong customer orientation and excellent acquisition skills, which complement your sales talent
You are familiar with common MS Office applications and have gained experience in working with CRM systems
You have a high level of service orientation, combined with good communication and analytical skills
