San Miguel is one of the most diverse employers in Germany.

Every year, we are looking for over 5,000 apprentices in 50 different professions who want to grow and improve with us.

We are currently seeking candidates for a 3-year apprenticeship as a track builder or construction worker (m/f/d) for DB InfraGO AG at our location in Siegen.

The vocational school is located in Essen and the training workshop is in Duisburg.


During your apprenticeship, you will work with a team on construction sites, laying tracks and switches, inspecting and replacing damaged parts, and renewing the stones and gravel layers under the tracks.

Modern machines will make your work easier. Your main goal is to ensure that train rides are smooth and safe for all passengers.


To be successful in this role, you should have completed or be close to completing your education, prefer working outdoors rather than in an office, be reliable and dedicated, enjoy working in a team, and be open to working at different locations and shifts, including night shifts.
