In this key position in human resources, you will take on the leadership role in developing and implementing HR strategies to navigate the bank through the challenges of demographic, societal, and technological changes.

Your responsibilities:

  • Strategic consulting for company management and executives on all HR matters.
  • Comprehensive responsibility for HR planning and budgeting.
  • Development and promotion of middle and upper-level managers, with a focus on transformational leadership principles.
  • Handling of labor law issues and co-determination questions, as well as optimization of recruitment and administrative processes.

Your profile:

  • Completed degree in law or economics with a focus on HR, or equivalent qualification.
  • Several years of experience in strategic and operational HR work.
  • Sound knowledge of labor law as well as company and collective bargaining agreements.
  • Strong analytical skills, structured work approach, and high focus on finding solutions.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and the ability to inspire and lead a team.
