Courtsmith Basketball Industries (CBI) is a rapidly growing apparel company specializing in lifestyle apparel, custom team uniforms, and team gear.

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to generate leads and meet sales goals for our expanding business.


Responsibilities:

Generate leads and exceed sales goals
Negotiate contracts with potential clients
Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations
Proactively call on existing customer base to develop long-term relationships and generate sales contracts
Prepare weekly and monthly reports and re-caps
Participate in periodic sales calls with Executive Management to develop target strategies and synergies within territories
Coordinate sales efforts with marketing programs
Understand and promote company programs
Obtain deposits and balance of payment from clients
Prepare and submit sales contracts for orders
Visit clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services
Maintain client records
Answer client questions about credit terms, products, prices, and availability


Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or experience is preferred
Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the apparel or fashion industry
Experience with CRM software and client presentations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to quickly build rapport with customers and suppliers
Commitment to excellent customer service
Must be willing to work flexible hours and travel when needed
Valid driver's license and insurable with no major infractions
