- Successfully completed commercial training as an office clerk, office communication specialist, office management specialist, industrial clerk, secretary, communication assistant, project assistant, management assistant, commercial specialist, commercial business assistant, office management specialist, commercial assistant, personnel dispatcher, personnel service specialist, personnel officer, HR assistant, or commercial specialist in personnel
- Additional training as an office assistant, office management specialist, or business administrator, or a comparable qualification
- Proficient in MS Office and SAP (desirable)
- Independent and proactive work style, strong organizational skills
- Serviceoriented approach and enjoyment of telephone communication
Your Role
- Contact person for authorities and property owners
- Initial point of contact for property owners and authorities via telephone
- Processing and review of incoming documents
- Close collaboration with the sales team
- Researching potential locations for charging infrastructure
- Responsible for coordinating appointments between authorities and property owners
- Monitoring deadlines
- Preparation of contract documents
