    IDEAL ATTRIBUTES
    • Results-oriented, can work independently, take initiative, collaborative, emotionally intelligent, coachable, driven, and self-motivated.
    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
    • 1-5 years in a digital marketing role
    • Experience in supporting a service-oriented business is preferred
    • Bachelor's degree
    • Local to Tampa Bay or surrounding areas and willing/able to work in our office 3 days a week.
    • SEO
    • Data Analytics
    • Web Development experience - WordPress a plus
    • Graphic Design - Canva
    • Video content creation experience
    • Experience in market research
    COMPENSATION
    • Base salary $45-55k based on experience + bonus structure
